Favourite 5 singles of the 70s
As an alternative to the constant bickering on the political threads how about thinking of your favourite singles from that greatest of all decades, the 70s ! The variety of music in this decade was astonishing so should give you plenty of scope but try to limit the number to 5 and make sure they were singles not just album tracks !

1) Life On Mars - David Bowie
2) Pyjamarama - Roxy Music
3) Shake Some Action - Flamin' Groovies
4) Complete Control - The Clash
5) Transmission - Joy Division

That's correct,R dean Tayloy recorded "there's a ghost in my house" in the 60s, I went to hitsville in 1993 and what a place all those songs recorded in one room of a house.
Most recorded the previous year to releasing,
Jackson 5 come from Gary Indiana just south of Chicago.

Should get together with sold. Coz we could talk some :-)

It would have been a miracle for Agadoo to be popular in the 70's considering it wasn't recorded until 1984.
